Twenty new apprentices at Kuchenmeister

On Monday, Kuchenmeister welcomed its twenty trainees this year. They are now starting their new day-to-day training in the various areas of the company, for example as an industrial clerk, mechatronics technician, truck driver, IT specialist for system integration or confectionery technologist. They will now spend a total of two to three years of training in the company, depending on their specialty. Even after their training, all doors are open to them at Kuchenmeister – many of the actual management positions are held by former trainees.

On their first day at Kuchenmeister, the trainees first got to know their most important contacts and the new administration office. In addition, there were also exciting guided tours through the production and the logistics center, because the trainees should get to know the diverse corporate divisions at Kuchenmeister right from the start.

Every year, Kuchenmeister advertises apprenticeships in a about 10 different professions and has thus committed itself to the training of the younger generation. At Kuchenmeister, the independence of the employees is very important. During their time in the company, the trainees get to know many different areas and are assigned tasks at an early stage. The short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies of the family company enable the trainees to integrate into the work processes and teams at an early stage.
